Exchanges & Returns
Returning or exchanging an item is only accepted if the item is defective or wrong.
You have 7 days from receiving your order within Jordan and 14 days for an international return to:

- Contact us at misto@mistochocolate.com to manage the return/exchange request
- Inform us of the reason behind your return/exchange
- Once confirmed, we will issue a return request
- Once we receive your items, we will issue a store credit or direct payment to your account on our website or your favorite wallet.
Items must be returned to us unused.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund with the same payment method that you used when you made your order.
We offer a direct refund to the customer’s favorite wallet once the issue is confirmed.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your return shipping costs and bank charges will be excluded from the total amount.
